~~ What space do you have available? Remember, the IRS requires you have a office separate from your living space that is strictly for business. The IRS has many rules governing a home based business. Learn what applies to yours.
~~ What are the tax questions frequently asked of the IRS about operating a home based business? Educate yourself.
~~ Do you have the space for storing files and records?
~~ Is this a space that is available for just you or will people be coming to your office to conduct business?
~~ Do you have zoning restrictions for parking?
~~ Will the business or parking disturb neighbors?
~~ Are you willing to have fun and embrace your new home based business with courage and determination?
